Alice Webb's family approve of new cosmetic laws

So many of us in Gloucester are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Alice Webb. Her family's campaigning has now led to new cosmetic laws, a fitting tribute to Alice and a step towards greater safety for everyone in our community.
