Royal Mail apologises for 'unacceptable' service
Oh dear, we've heard from some of you in Gloucester that your mail has been seriously delayed, with some even missing important medical appointments. Royal Mail has now issued an apology for what they're calling "unacceptable" service, and we're hoping things improve for everyone very soon!
Some Gloucester residents have missed medical appointments because mail has been delayed for weeks at a time.
